PRESS RELEASE On October 8, 2017, Troopers arrested Pamala J. Ives, 45 of Amity, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers investigating a domestic dispute learned that Ives was witnessed operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Upon interview of Ives, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was allegedly detected. Standard field sobriety tests were refused. She was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to SP Amity for processing where she recorded a .30% BAC. She was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Amity Court on 10/25/2017 at 7:00 p.m.
