Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on September 8, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Ryan R. Mitchell, age 25 of Scio on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Mitchell was located by Deputies at the Allegany County Court Complex where he was taken into custody without incident. Mitchell was then processed and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail. He returned to court Monday.

On September 8, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Donald G. Williams, age 28 of Bolivar, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Williams was located by Deputies, processed, and transported to the Allegany County Family Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $750.00 cash.  Williams is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Family Court on September 21, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for additional court action.
