OGH employees recognized at service awards dinner


Lynn Carlson, LPN, is recognized by Timothy J. Finan, president and chief executive officer, for 50 years of dedicated service to Olean General Hospital during an employee service awards ceremony Sept. 21
Olean General Hospital, member hospital of Upper Allegheny Health System, honored its staff for their dedicated years of service to the hospital during an employee service award ceremony, Sept. 21 at Good Times of Olean. Those honored represent 1,235 years of combined service.
A special recognition included honoring Lynn Carlson, LPN, who celebrated 50 years of service to the hospital. She was hired in 1967 as a nurse assistant on the second floor. Over the years, she earned a nursing degree and worked in ICU and the third floor before joining the quality department where she works today.

To honor Lynn this year after 50 years of service to Olean General Hospital, is a true testament to how vital our employees are to our hospital’s success. Her long standing dedication is noteworthy and we celebrate her and all of our employees as they are essence of our commitment to the communities we serve,” said Timothy J. Finan, president and chief executive officer, OGH and UAHS.
