Whitesville woman faces charges in Potter County

Pennsylvania Troopers on Wednesday filed a criminal complaint against Christen N. Cramer, 21, of Whitesville. She was charged with DUI, DUI with a high rate of alcohol, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and no seatbelt. The charges stem from an incident September 2nd in Hebron Township. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for October 25th.
