Saturday July 15th - Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally parade. Parking on Main Street will be restricted from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
During the Balloon Rally:
Friday July 21st and Saturday July 22nd - Traffic will be
restricted to one lane of traffic in each direction on the Genesee Parkway
between South Main Street and West State Street from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
for the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally. There will be no entrance to Island
Park from the Genesee Parkway. Vehicles entering Island Park must use West
Hanover Street. Admittance to Island Park will be limited to Balloonist, Crew,
Vendors and Disability parking permit holders (while available).
Offsite parking and shuttle bus services are available to
and from the following locations:
Riverwalk Plaza (Bolivar Road)
Wellsville Shopping Center Plaza (Bolivar Road)
Northern Lights Plaza (Andover Road)
