NY State Police Blotter

6/30/17 6pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 243, police arrested Frederick H. Winter, 24, of Kenmore. He was charged with facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
7/1/17 4:02am- Troopers, fire and ambulance responded to a truck in a ditch on State Route 305 in Cuba. The driver and a child under the age of one were not seriously injured. Troopers charged with driver, Brian E. Phearsdorf, 35, of Attica, with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, DWI, BAC above .08% and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and sent to the Allegany County Jail on cash bail.
6/30/17 10:26am- After investigating a domestic dispute in Ischua, police arrested David P. Metcalf, 31, of Hinsdale. He was charged with menacing with a weapon and criminal mischief for allegedly preventing an emergency call. He was released on his own recognizance.
6/30/17 12:29pm- During a traffic stop on West State Street in Allegany, State Police arrested Kasey M. Patterson, 32, of Allegany. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and pot possession. He was released on appearance tickets for court.
6/30/17 10:26pm- State Police arrested Matthew J. Dorenkamper, 50, of Olean. He was stopped on Route 16 in the Town of Olean and charged with driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08%. Court action is pending.
6/30/17 11:43pm- Troopers arrested McKenzie L. Hummel, 19, of Warsaw and Sarah J. Perrigo, 19, of Portageville. Both were charged with public lewdness following an incident in the Town of Warsaw. Court action is pending.
6/30/17 1-:22pm- State Police arrested Robert E. Hewitt, 49, of Pueblo, Colorado. Following an incident in Bath, he was charged with 2nd degree menacing with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use. He was detained for court action.
6/30/17 3:27pm- State Police arrested Caleb A. Moose, 21, of Springwater in connection with an incident that occurred May 6th in Wayland. Moose was charged with five counts of unlawfully dealing with a child. He was issued appearance tickets for court and released.
