Roscoe J. Howard, 46, Rochester, NY was arrested July 1,
charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree,
Unlicensed Operator, Visibility Distorted by Broken Glass and No/Inadequate
Muffler. Following arraignment in
Livonia Town Court, Howard was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $3,500
cash bail/$7,000 property bond. Howard
will return to Livonia Town Court in response to charges on a later date.
Kenneth W. Scott II, 23, Henrietta, NY, was charged June 29,
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Failure to Keep Right.
Scott was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Michael P. Moore, 40, Leicester, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Drivers View Obstructed on June 27. Moore will answer charges in York Town Court
on a later date.
Amy J. Torres, 41, Caledonia, NY, was charged June 11, with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and was released
on an appearance ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later
date.
John P. Brown, 46, Rochester, NY, was cited for Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unregistered Motor
Vehicle on June 26, and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in answer to
charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Airik B. Wright, 28, Elmira, NY, was charged July 3, with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and was released
on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later
date.
Dale S. Miller, II, 33, Greece, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator
and Drivers View Obstructed on July 2.
Miller will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Adam D. Green, 40, Avon, NY, was arrested June 29, charged
with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer
Test. Following arraignment in Avon Town
Court, Green was placed in the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash bail. Green will return to Avon Town Court to
satisfy charges on a later date.
Jennifer L. Terry, 32, Nunda, NY, was charged July 3, with
Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree. Terry will respond to charges in Nunda Town
Court on a later date.
Eric D. Hyde, 34, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and charged
with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and
Following Too Closely on July 2. Hyde will address charges in York Town Court
on a later date.
Sherry M. Arviso, 53, Osssian, NY, was arrested July 5,
charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and
Assault 3rd Degree. Following
arraignment in Dansville Town Court,
Arviso was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $2,500 cash bail
and will return to Dansville Town Court to respond to charges on a later date.
Dylan M. Lowery, 20, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged
with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Failure to Keep Right and Driving
Across Hazardous Markings on July 3. Lowery will answer charges in Groveland
Town Court on a later date.
Daniel A. J. Ethridge, 36, Swain, NY, was charged July 1,
