State Police arrest Addison man for drug charges
On May 5, 2017, members of the New York State Police, Troop “E”, uniform force and the Community Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Charles W. McPherson, age 53, of Addison, N.Y. for Criminal Possession of Marihuana 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree during a narcotics investigation. The following property was seized from McPherson’s residence:
-Approximately $10,000.00 in US currency
-Over 1 pound of processed marihuana
-Digital & Triple Beam scales
-Approximately 1 gram of cocaine
-Taser
-Approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine packaged for sale.
McPherson was arraigned in Addison town court remanded to Steuben County Jail.
