Parole absconder arrested in Bath

New York State Troopers from the Bath barracks, working in conjunction with the New York State Division of Parole, announce the arrest of a parole absconder in the Village of Bath.   Donald J. Rundell, age 29, was located at a residence located at 8 Pine Street in the Village of Bath, and taken into custody.  According to Senior Investigator Curt Eaton, Rundell, who was initially convicted of Rape 3rd degree, had recently been paroled. He was remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail.
