Benjamin S. Shur, 22, Irondequoit, NY, was arrested May 5,
charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree. Following arraignments in Livonia Town Court
and Geneseo Village Court, Shur was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on
$1,500 combined cash bails. Shur will
respond to one count each of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree in Geneseo Village
and Livonia Town Courts on later dates.
Cristal Hernandez, 24, Rochester, NY, was charged May 4,
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Suspended
Registration and Window Tint Violation. Hernandez will address charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Steven J. Hulbert, Jr., 35, Dansville, NY, was cited for
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree on May 5, and was
released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a
later date.
Leon M. Dewe, 52, New Hudson, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed
Operator on April 30. Dewe was released
on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Groveland Town
Court on a later date.
Adam K. Barber, 38, Bliss, NY, was charged with Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and Speeding on May 5, and
will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Nicholas M. Chatterton, 21, Leicester, NY, was arrested and
charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Assault 3rd Degree and Harassment
2nd Degree on May 5. Following
arraignment in Leicester Town Court, Chatterton was remanded to the custody of
the Sheriff on $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond. Chatterton will return to Leicester Town
Court to answer on a later date.
Amy B. Noble, 27, Conesus, NY, was charged with Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure
to Surrender Suspended Registration on May 7.
Noble was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Geneseo
Town Court on a later date.
Carlton P. Herring, 43, Livonia, NY, was arrested May 6,
charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree,
Unlicensed Operator and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Herring will answer charges
in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Robin R. Hoffman, 32, Leicester, NY, was charged May 4, with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and was released
on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Leicester Town Court on a
later date.
Angelo J. Congilaro, 29, Avon, NY, was cited May 4, with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator
and Side Window Transparency Violation.
Congilaro will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Chad J. Nichols, 27, Nunda, NY, was arrested and charges
with Making a False Written Statement on May 4.
Nichols will address charges in Nunda Village Court on a later date.
Tiah L. Damerst, 19, and Brian J. Treusdell, 36, residents
of Friendship, NY, were arrested April 27, charged with Criminal Possession of
a Hypodermic Instrument. Damerst was
additionally charged with No/Inadequate Muffler. Damerst and Treusdell will answer charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Stephanie M. Yankanich, 26, Rochester, NY, was arrested and
charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree,
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Open Container of
Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle and Driving Across Hazardous Markings on
May 7. Following arraignment in Avon
Town Court, Yankanich was remanded to the Livingston County jail in lieu of
$500 cash bail. Yankanich will return to
Avon Town Court to satisfy charges on a later date.
Thomas J. Alverson, 50, Geneseo, NY, was arrested May 6,
charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater
and Failure To Keep Right. Alverson will
respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Joshua J. Stewart, 39, Cohocton, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed
Operator on May 8. Stewart will address
charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Javier E. Alvarez, 37, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and
charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree in the Town of Mt. Morris and
Resisting Arrest in the Village of Mt. Morris on May 9. Following arraignment in Mt. Morris Village
Court, Alvarez was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash

Heather M. Robinson, 40, Lakeville, NY, was charged with

Substance 7th Degree, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and Visibility Distorted by
Broken Glass. Following arraignment in
Livonia Town Court, Robinson was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $500
