Livingston County Court Report - May 4, 2017

After presentation by Victor D. Rowcliffe, First Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Dennis S. Cohen on May 4, 2017.

JAYSON M. ARENA, age 42, of Leicester was sentenced on a violation of probation to modified terms of probation to include electronic home monitoring.

BRYAN A. BAILEY, age 34, of Hunt was charged with Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child (A-II Felony), Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree (B Felony), Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the Second Degree (D Felony), and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (D Felony). He was arraigned with his attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to May 25, 2017.

ANN MARIE BOUDREAU, age 29, of Rochester, charged with Burglary in the First Degree (B Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (D Felony), Menacing in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor), Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor), and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument (Misdemeanor), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 11, 2017.

ADAM J. BUCCI, age 31, of Conesus, charged with Aggravated Criminal Contempt (D Felony), Strangulation in the Second Degree (D Felony), Harassment in the Second Degree, and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 24, 2017 for a hearing.
JONATHAN A. CADY, age 26, of Leicester was sentenced on a conviction of Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony) to 3 months intermittent incarceration and 5 years probation to include electronic home monitoring. He was also ordered to pay a $520 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and his license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.

ALEXANDER M. GRAVESANDY, age 30, of Rochester, charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree (E Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 25, 2017.

CHARLES F. LEWIS, age 33, of Bloomfield, charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony) and Issuing a Bad Check (B Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 18, 2017.

MATTHEW K. SACKETT, age 22, of Springwater, charged with Assault in the First Degree (B Felony), Assault in the Second Degree (D Felony), Reckless Assault of a Child (D Felony), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Misdemeanor), 2 counts of Making a Punishable False Written Statement, and Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the Second Degree (D Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 25, 2017.

MATTHEW SMITH, age 26, of Dansville, charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the Second Degree (D Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 18, 2017.

LANCE WILLIAMS, age 37, formerly of Groveland Correctional Facility, was charged with Assault in the Second Degree (D Felony). He was arraigned with his attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to June 1, 2017.

ROGER TAYLOR, of Nunda appeared on a violation of probation and the matter was adjourned to May 11, 2017.

MARK B. STERLING, age 23, of Lima was sentenced on a violation of probation to modified terms of probation to include electronic home monitoring for 3 months.

JAMES P. WILSON, age 24, of Mt. Morris was sentenced on a conviction of Strangulation in the Second Degree (D Felony) to time-served and 5 years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and ah Order of Protection was issued for the victim.

JEREMIAH YOUNG, age 42, of Prattsburg, charged with Driving While Impaired by Drugs (Felony), Driving with .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol in His Blood (E Felony), Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Misdemeanor), and Speeding, appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to May 25, 2017.
