Degree (B Felony), Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the Second Degree
(D Felony), and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (D Felony).
MICHAEL C. CHASE, age 25, of Hornell was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E
Felony), Driving While Impaired by Drugs.
