Wellsville Police arrested Karen E. Ruiz Ramirez, age 51 of Wellsville, charging her with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Unlicensed Operator (Infraction), Moved from lane unsafely (Infraction), Improper Plates (Infraction), Uninspected motor vehicle (Infraction), Operation a motor vehicle without Insurance (Infraction) and Consumption of Alcohol in a motor vehicle (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic accident that took place on W Pearl Street and Park Avenue. Ruiz Ramirez was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Ruiz Ramirez is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 18th at 4:30 pm. Additional charges are pending blood test results.
Wellsville Police arrested Joseph J.M. Conley, age 34 of Wellsville, charging him with a Violation of Probation. Conley was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Conley was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond or $5,000.00 partially secured bond. Conley is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 18th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Jonathon M. Conklin, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with a
Violation of Probation. Conklin was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Conklin was committed to the Allegany County
Jail without bail. Conklin is due back
in Wellsville Village Court on June 18th at 4:30 pm.
