Wellsville Police
arrested Rogerlee J. Cormier, age 42 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified
Misdemeanor) and Inadequate or no Stop Lamps (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic stop on South
Main Street. Cormier was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Cormier is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 4th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant (Violation) issued by the Wellsville Village Court,
arrested Courtney A. Morrison, age 30 of Olean, for failure to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on a previous AUO 3rd and other Vehicle
& Traffic charges. Morrison was
located by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department and turned over to
Wellsville Police. Morrison was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Morrison was released under pre-trial
supervision by the Allegany County Probation Department. Morrison is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on May 21st at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Carsen D. Matison, age 23 of Hinsdale, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), AUO 1st (Class E Felony), Speed in Zone
(Infraction) and Unsafe Tires (Infraction).
The charges stem from a traffic stop on South Highland Avenue. Matison was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Matison is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 4th
at 4:30 pm.
