Coudersport-based state police Friday morning arrested Duane John Williams, 32, of Elkland. He was charged with 14 felony counts related to the sexual assault of a child. Here are the charges:
Arraigned in court, he was remanded to jail on $250,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 13th.
