5/24/24 12:19 p.m.- After investigating a reported
domestic dispute in the town of Cuba, state police arrested Donald Rees, 53, of
Coudersport, PA. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt for
allegedly disobeying a court order. He was issued a court appearance ticket and
released.
5/24/24 1:25 p.m.- State Police based in Amity report
the arrest of Brian Lowry, 51, of Canaseraga. He was charged with criminal
mischief for allegedly intentionally damaging property. He was initially
detained.
5/24/24 5:35 p.m.- After investigating an incident in
the village of Lyndonville, state police from Machias arrested Jacob J.
Czerminski of Franklinville. He was charged with felony second-degree assault,
two counts of menacing with a weapon, one count felony aggravated family
offense and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
No court status was available.
5/24/24 12:32 p.m. & 5:29 p.m.- Two Hammondsport
teens are facing felony counts following an incident in the town of Urbana. The
boys, age 15, were charged with felony residential burglary. Court action is
pending.
5/25/24 4:05 a.m.- During a traffic stop in the town
of Bath, state police arrested Quentin K. Rogers, 41, of Hunt with driving
while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was released on a court
appearance ticket.
