-On May 29th, 2024 at approximately 5:19PM, Cuba Police arrested Mark D. Lemay Jr. (45) of Gerry, NY. Lemay Jr. was arrested on an active warrant for fail to appear on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (Misdemeanor). Lemay Jr. was processed, placed in front of a judge and released with an order to pay fine.
-On May 23rd, 2024 at approximately 8:49PM, following a
report of a domestic dispute, Cuba Police arrested a juvenile of Cuba, NY. This
juvenile was arrested on charges of menacing 2nd (Misdemeanor). This juvenile
was processed and issued a family court appearance ticket to appear at a later
date. This juvenile is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
-On May 21st, 2024 at approximately 11:40PM, Cuba Police
arrested Irving B. Burkhardt (19) of Cuba, NY. Burkhardt was arrested on
charges of operating a motor vehicle with no or insufficient lights (Violation)
and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Burkhardt
was issued citations and released to appear at a later date. Burkhardt is
presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
