Wellsville Police
arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 48 no permanent address, charging him with
Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Pleasant Street on May 12th.Fronczak was also charged with Disorderly
Conduct (Violation), stemming from an incident that took place on Park Avenue
on May 12th. Fronczak was
processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Karl Graves. Fronczak was released and is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on June 4th at 4:30 pm.
