Wellsville Police arrested Jenna R. Holly, age 39 of Wellsville, charging her with a Violation of Probation. Holly was committed to the Allegany County Jail, pending arraignment in Allegany County Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, charging him with a Violation of Probation. Fronczak was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Fronczak was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $2,000.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond or $10,000.00 partially secured bond. Fronczak is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 4th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Bryce A. Degerstedt, age 33 of Wellsville for failure to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on previous Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Criminal
Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment 2nd charges. Degerstedt was additionally charged with
Resisting Arrest when taken into custody.
Degerstedt was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
Thompson. Degerstedt was committed to
the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond or
$5,000.00 partially secured bond.
Degerstedt is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 4th
at 4:30 pm.
