5/13/24 1:56 a.m.- After investigating a complaint in
the Town of Hume filed in March, state police arrested Jennifer A. Gath, 42, of
Nunda. She was felony first-degree possession of a forged instrument. She was
released on her own recognizance.
5/12/24 9:20 p.m.- After being called to a domestic
dispute in the Town of Genesee, troopers arrested 56-year-old Mark A. Veno of
Portville. He was charged felony second-degree possession of a loaded firearm
and second-degree menacing with a weapon. He was initially detained.
5/12/24 11:26 p.m.- State Police arrested Tyson G.
Shafer, 43, of Belfast and charged with petit larceny. The incident happened in
the Town of Allegany.
