2/3/21 4:15pm- After investigating a domestic dispute January30th, State Police arrested Bryan M. Balch, 27, of Scio. He was charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on his own recognizance. On Wednesday, Troopers were called to another domestic dispute, this time in the Town of Wellsville. Balch was arrested again and charged with two counts of criminal mischief for allegedly intentionally damaging property and petit larceny. He was released on his own recognizance.
