Wellsville Police
arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 49 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Felony),
AUO 1st (Felony), Use rented/leased/loaned vehicle w/o Interlock,
Consumption of Alcohol in a motor vehicle & Moved from lane unsafely. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North
Main Street in the Village. Tyler was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Tyler is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 9th at 4:30 p.m.
