1/17/21 11:18am- After investigating a domestic dispute, State Police arrested Jeffrey L. Nendza, 37, of Hume. He was charged with felony aggravated family offense, felony first-degree criminal contempt and a misdemeanor count of preventing an emergency call. He was held in lieu of bail.
1/17/21 12:40pm- A Fillmore man is facing multiple counts after State Police investigated a sex crime in the Town of Hume on December 11, 2020. Troopers arrested 20-year-old Chase A. Evans. He was charged with felony first-degree sexual abuse with forcible compulsion. He was additionally charged with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. He was released on his own recognizance.
