12/18/20 7:54am- During a traffic stop in the Town of Rushford, State Police arrested Merek A. Piotroski, 26, of Harrisburg, PA. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. He'll appear in court at a later date.
12/18/20 10am-After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Scio, Troopers arrested Robert A. Cowles, 42, of Wellsville. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He was issued an appearance ticket for court.
12/18/20 11:17pm- During a traffic stop in the Town of Angelica, State Police arrested Donald J. Sirianni, 53, of Belfast. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. The charge was elevated to a felony because he has a previous DWI conviction within the last ten years.
12/15/20 6:48pm- Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michael J Shaver, 42 of Wayland, NY for felony DWI, speed violation and NY registration suspended. On December 15, Troopers stopped Shaver for speeding on SR 63 in the T/Covington, NY. Shaver was placed under arrest after failing multiple Standard Field Sobriety Test’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Shaver recorded a .11% BAC. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Covington for January 2021.
