Pennsylvania State Police on Tuesday filed a criminal complaint in District Court against 38-year-old Clint P. Bedelyon on Bolivar. The complaint, which was filed with Magisterial District Judge Christopher Kalacinski, charges theft of secondary metal and receiving stolen property. Both are misdemeanor crimes. The incident allegedly took place on August 12th in Ulysses Township. The court has not yet scheduled a preliminary hearing date.
