An Olean pair is facing multiple felony counts for allegedly stealing vehicles in Friendship and Independence. Taken into custody were Daniel J. O'Dell, 25, and Justice D. Zeager, age 22.
The first case happened in the Town of Friendship and was reported on July 20th. Each was charged with felony third-degree of stolen property valued at more than $3,000.
The second case was reported November 9th and occurred in the Town of Independence. Again, each was charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of stolen property. In addition, O'Dell was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation with three or more suspensions. Court action is pending.
