Pennsylvania State Police Saturday morning arrested John William Oliver, 31, of Coudersport following an incident in Portage Township. Oliver was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI, Unlawful operation of an ATV without a helmet, speeding, carless driving, reckless driving, operation on streets and highways and operating an ATV in a reckless way.
Arraigned in District Court at 5 a.m., he was released on $2,500 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is set for November 18th.
