Wayland-based State Police report the arrest of Christopher Howland, 20, of Canisteo. He was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse. The alleged crimes happened in the Town of Canisteo and were reported October 11th.
