Wellsville Police arrested a 13-year-old Wellsville youth
charging him with Assault 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th and Criminal Obstruction
of Breathing. The charge stems from an
incident that took place on Loder Street in the village. The youth is due to appear in
Allegany County Family Court on September 25th at 9:00 a.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Austin J. Hunt, age 41 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Central Place on
June 1st. Hunt was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Hunt was released and is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on November 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Jerry L. Dalton, age 50 of
Allentown, charging him with Burglary 2nd (Class C Felony), Criminal Mischief
4th (Intentionally Damage Property), Criminal Mischief 4th (Prevent Emergency
Call) and Harassment 2nd. The charges
stem from an incident that took place on East Fassett Street on May 4th. Dalton was processed and arraigned, with
representation by the Allegany County Public Defender’s Office, before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
He was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on
November 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
