4. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District adopts the following Personnel Consent Agenda Items. Moved By__________ Seconded By__________ Yes __ No __ Abs __
a) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following:  “that the resignation for Elementary School Tech Integration Specialist, Kristen Keenan, be accepted effective 06/30/20.”
b) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following:  “that the resignation, for the purpose of retirement, for Teacher Assistant, Linda Hurd, be accepted effective 08/01/20.”
  c) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following: 
 “that Eric Miller be appointed to the probationary position (passed Civil Service Test) of Maintenance Supervisor effective March 18, 2020. The probationary period begins on March 18, 2020, and ends on March 17, 2021.”
 “that William Vennard be appointed to the probationary position of School Bus Driver effective March 9, 2020. The probationary period begins on March 9, 2020, and ends on March 8, 2021.”

b) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the following payments for charges incurred with regards to the Building Project.

 John Mills Electric, Inc. $ 76,860.44

c) That the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the request for transfer of funds. Other Business 6. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves the minutes from the Regular meeting held on March 9, 2020. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District have no objections to the recommendations of the CSE/CPSE and approves the authorization of funds to implement the Special Education programs and services consistent with such recommendations. 8. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District awards the following BID for Phase 3 of the 2016 Capital Improvement Project. The Board of Education also authorizes Young & Wright Architectural and C & S Companies to prepare and send a “Notice of Proceed” to the below mentioned companies so that work can start immediately. The Superintendent is authorized to sign contracts once they have been processed.  Resolved that the BID for the work required in connection with Food Service (Elementary School), in conjunction with the 2016 Capital Improvement Project, be awarded to Main Ford General Supply in the amount of $238,200.
