Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that from March 01, 2020 to 31, 2020, deputies of the Steuben Sheriff’s Office Warrant Squad arrested the following persons due to active warrants.
March 01, 2020: Ryan Michael Chicone, age 21, of West Washington, Bath, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Chicone violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
March 04, 2020: Jason Michael Bonomo, age 35, Watauga Ave., Corning, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Bonomo violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Family Court and arraigned in Steuben County Court to appear on a later date.
March 05, 2020: Tessa Kiara Walker, age 20, of Denison Parkway, Corning, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Walker violated a term of condition of her probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Bench Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court and arraigned in Steuben County Court to appear on a later date.
March 09, 2020: Jesse Francis Scott, age 38, of County Route 7, Prattsburgh, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Scott violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Family Court and arraigned in Steuben County Court to appear on a later date.
March 10, 2020: Kolby M. Zeh, age 28, of Brewer Road, Woodhull, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Zeh violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court. Mr. Kolby was arraigned and released to appear in court on a later date.
March 11, 2020: Frederick S. Snyder, age 48, of Woodview Ave. Corning, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Snyder violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court. Mr. Snyder was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
March 11, 2020: Ramon Luis Rivera, age 29, of Weaver Street, Rochester, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Rivera violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Family Court. Mr. Rivera was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
March 13, 2020: Joseph C. Barkalow, age 31, of County Route 74, Prattsburgh, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Barkalow violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court. Mr. Barkalow was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
March 16, 2020: Jade Michael Gardner, age 23, of Steuben Street, Addison, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Gardner violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court. Mr. Gardner was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
March 19, 2020: LeeAnn Francis Hanes, age 24, of County Road 22, Beaver Dams, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Hanes violated a term of condition of her probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court. Ms. Hanes was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
March 20, 2020: Tony Angelo Cole, age 26, of W. Steuben Street, Bath, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Cole violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court. Mr. Cole was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
March 20, 2020: Devan James Hall, age 36, of Whiting St., Bath, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Hall violated a term of condition of his probation and was arrested due to violation of probation. Warrant issued out of Steuben County Court. He was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail.
