Michael A. Conant, 28, of Mercersburg, PA, died Sunday,
April 19, 2020 in Mercersburg.
Born May 22, 1991, in Gettysburg, he was the son of Robert
A. Conant and Teri Burdge Stanton.
Michael attended school in Greencastle and earned his GED in
Waynesboro. He worked as a tattoo artist. Surviving are: his mother, Teri
(David Keech) Stanton of Olean, NY; paternal grandmother, Margarete Conant of
Nashville, TN; maternal grandmother, Billie Lee Truax of McAllen, TX; his
fiancée, Brandy Sneider Koontz of Mercersburg; his daughter, Jaylynn Marie
Conant; seven siblings, Lauren (Anthony) Millard of Albertson, NC, Heather
Conant of Greencastle, Marina Burdge of Chambersburg, Alexandria Vogel and
Hailey Vogel, both of South Hill, VA, and Matthew Stanton and Alexander
Stanton, both of Belfast, NY; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and
nephews. He was predeceased by his father; a brother, Nicholas A. Burdge;
paternal grandfather, Clarence J. Conant; maternal great-grandmother, Mildred
P. Burdge; and several aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held on a
later date.
Cremation was at Olney-Foust Crematory. Arrangements are
under the direction of Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville. Memorials
