Wellsville Police arrested Eugenio N. Charles III, age 32 of
Scio, charging him with Criminal Contempt 1st (Class E Felony) and Criminal
Mischief 4th. The charges stem from an
incident that took place on Pleasant Street in the Village of Wellsville. Charles was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh.
Charles was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash
bail or $20,000.00 property bond.
Charles is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 19th at 4:30
p.m.
