and Allegany County for non-secure detention, as needed. The fiscal impact is
$325 per day per juvenile.

Approval of an agreement between Monroe County
Children’s Detention Center and Allegany County for secure detention for
juvenile delinquents, juvenile and adolescent offenders. The cost would be $917
per day per juvenile.

Approval of addendum to the Town of Bolivar snow
removal and ice control agreement. The Town of Alma did not approve a contract
with Allegany County and the County is asking Bolivar to handle an additional
3.11 miles of County Road in Alma.

Approval of the Renewal Agreement between the
New York State Unified Court System and County of Allegany, in relation to
cleaning services for the interior of the Allegany County Courthouse as well as
minor and emergency repairs to that facility for the period April 1, 2019, to
March 31, 2020. The County is to receive $235,761 in 2020.
