Christopher M. Sullivan, 58, Avon, NY, was charged November 14, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator.  Sullivan was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date.

Robert E. Downs, 35, Wayland, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp on November 14.  Downs was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Terry J. Cratsley, 38, Hemlock, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Failure to Notify DMV of Change of Address and Inadequate/No Exhaust on November 17.  Cratsley was released on an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Matthew E. Smith, 50, Nunda, NY, was charged November 18, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding.  Smith was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.

Naomi J. Bricklemeyer, 38, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Animal Cruelty on November 14.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Bricklemeyer was released on her own recognizance to address charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date.

 

Kristen C. Weiler, 24, Dansville, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Insufficient/No Stop Lamps on November 16.  Weiler was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Dansville Town Court on a later date.
 
James G. Link, 39, Olean, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree and Failure to Use Designated Lane on November 18.  Following LC-CAP arraignment Link was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond.  Link will reply to charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

Brandi L. Pascucci, 36, Olean, NY, was arrested November 18, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Pascussi was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on no bail.  Pascucci will respond to charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

 
Matthew D. Grey, 25, Brooklyn, NY, was arrested November 17, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Speeding.  Grey will address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
 
John J. Maniscalco III, 24, Avon, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on November 20, and following LC-CAP arraignment, was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Dakota J. Sarfaty, 22, Hilton, NY, was arrested and charges with Promoting Prison Contraband 2^nd Degree on November 17, and following LC-CAP arraignment was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Antoinette M. Copper, 31, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No/Inadequate Plate on November 19. Copper was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon own Court on a later date.

Shyheim W. Sledge, 22, Lima, NY, was charged November 20, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Speeding.  Sledge was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

 
Keneisha M. McKnight, 24, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on November 20.  McKnight will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Adam J. Wiley, 33, Wayland, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Failure To Obey a Traffic Device on November 19.  Wiley will reply to charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

Deanna L. Leach, 47, Leicester, NY, was arrested November 19, charged with Making a False Written Statement and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.

Margaret A. Stuart, 35, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Issuing a Bad Check on November 20.  Stuart was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Justin R. Fraser, 29, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment 2^nd Degree on November 20.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Fraser was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Fraser will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

 

Linclon L. Johnson, 52, Pavilion, NY, was arrested November 19, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign.  Johnson was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Jose A. Carrion, 39, Lakeville, NY, was arrested and charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree and one count each of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree and Criminal Nuisance 1^st Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Carrion was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 property bond.  Carrion will respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
