PRESS RELEASE
On November 15th, the New York State Police and the Department of Motor Vehicles conducted an underage drinking initiative targeting the use of falsified and illegally obtained identification. The detail checked ID's at two establishments within the Village of Allegany and resulted in the seizure of 7 allegedly fake ID's. The defendants were issued tickets returnable to the Village of Allegany Court at a later date.
