Rochester, NY, was arrested October 24, charged with felony Driving While
Ability Impaired by Drugs, felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Combined
Drugs and Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st
Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Interlock
Device and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Following LC-CAP arraignment, McLaughlin was
ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail and will reply to charges
in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Amanda S. Salsman, 37, and Eric
J. Lent, 33, residents of Bath, NY, were arrested and charged with Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree on October 24. Following LC-CAP
arraignment, Salsman and Lent were released on their own recognizance to
address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Carrie J. Rowlinson, 39,
Dansville, NY, was arrested October 20, and charged with two counts of Issuing
a Bad Check. Rowlinson was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in
Dansville Village Court on a later date.
Katrina A. Hart-Ruscitto, 34,
Conesus, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd Degree and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child on October 27. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
Hart-Ruscitto was released on her own recognizance to satisfy charges in
Conesus Town Court on a later date.
Austin R. Vaughan, 21, Livonia,
NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree on
October 30. Following LC-CAP
arraignment, Vaughan was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no
bail. Vaughan will address charges in
Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Jonathan D. Randolph, 23,
Rochester, NY, was arrested October 27, charged with Driving While Ability
Impaired by Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired by a Combination of Drugs and
Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Failure to Signal. Following
LC-CAP arraignment, Randolph was released on his own recognizance to reply to
charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Degree on October 21, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Tara M. LaFountain, 39, Atlanta,
NY, was charged October 29, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No
Exhaust. LaFountain was released on an
appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Samuel Lozada-Garcia, 41,
Geneseo, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree and Non-transparent Side Windows on October 29,
and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court
on a later date.
Daniel Desanl, 20, Piffard, NY,
was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Inadequate/No Exhaust on October 29, and was issued an appearance
ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
