On November 4, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office
arrested Michael T. Roberts, age 27 of Alma, on an Allegany County Family Court
Warrant. Roberts was processed and transported to Allegany County Family Court
where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. He was
additionally charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and issued an
appearance ticket for the Town of Alma Court on December 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
November 1, 2019, with the assistance of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s
Office, Deputies arrested Kenneth L. Davanport, age 18 of Independence, on an
Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Davenport was processed and
transported to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail pending an
appearance in Allegany County Court at a later date.
