The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 11 PM EDT this evening.
* LOCATIONS...Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson,
Lewis, Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany counties.
* TIMING...From late this morning through late this evening.
* WINDS...West 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Strong wind gusts of up to 57 mph will make driving difficult and could result in minor property damage. Home owners should secure personal property.
