Allegany County Sheriff Rick L. Whitney reports that on
April 18, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeffery M. Koehler,
age 42 of Cuba, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Cuba
Court. Koehler was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court
where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set
at $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 bond pending further court action.
Allegany County Sheriff Rick L. Whitney reports that on
April 18, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Bobbi J. Lutes, age
34 of Bolivar, on a Bench Warrant issued Allegany County Court. Lutes was
processed and transported to Allegany County Court where she was arraigned and
remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail and scheduled to reappear in
Allegany County Court on May 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. for additional court action.
