4/26/19 5:47am- State police arrested Mitchell S. Smith, 23, of South Wales. He was taken into custody on Olive Street in the Village of Belmont and charged with felony violation of probation, felony criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000 and aggravated unlicensed operation.
4/26/19 11:03am- After investigating a serious assault complaint in Allegany, state police arrested Kari L. Wilbur, 27, of Smethport. She was charged with assault to causing physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony. She was detained on bail.
