Wellsville: Cousins help clean up West Hill Drive

WELLSVILLE - While out walking this spring, sisters Julianna and Leigha Phelps noticed something disturbing. They made their discovery on their trek up West Hill Drive walking to the Wellsville Municipal Airport. The girls noticed garbage on both sides of the roads and in the ditches. One week later the sisters returned with their cousin Kylie Phelps with a plan. On their day off from school a group effort ensued to help clean up the roadway which is a popular walking path for many locals. The three environmentalists were determined to make out back roads appear the way they should, litter free. One year old Bo Phelps "supervised" the effort from his stroller. The four cousins encourage all to help keep our environment litter free and beautiful.
