The Deputy Sheriff found the vehicle to be occupied by three
people. The Deputy Sheriff suspected that the occupants were involved in drug
activity and initiated a drug investigation.
The subsequent roadside investigation revealed that a
passenger in the vehicle, 22-year-old Tyler A. Leasure of Bath was allegedly in
possession of heroin, crack cocaine, alprazolam pills, marijuana and a
hypodermic needle.
Leasure was arrested and charged with three counts of
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal
Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Leasure
was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part
(LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Conesus Justice Ellen
Coyne. The Judge released Leasure on her own recognizance.
