Friendship woman charged with child endangerment at Allegany Wal-Mart

PRESS RELEASE
On April 20th Olean-based troopers arrested Everlyn O. Raub, 31, of Friendship for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Troopers investigated a report of two children left unattended in a vehicle parked outside Wal-Mart on Plaza Drive in the town of Allegany. When they arrived, they say they observed the two children, later determined to be ages five years and seven months, alone in the vehicle. Raub returned to the vehicle a short time later.
Raub was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court where she is scheduled to appear in May.
