After presentation by Victor D. Rowcliffe, First Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Dennis S. Cohen on July 12, 2018.
SARAH L. BARNES, age 22, of Bath was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree (E Felony) to 1 1/2 to 3 years in state prison as a second felony offender. She was also ordered to pay a $325 penalty assessment and a $50 DNA fee.
DEREK J. GETMAN, age 27, of Conesus, charged with Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child (A Felony), Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree (B Felony), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 30, 2018.
TIMOTHY GREEN, JR., age 30, of Rochester pled guilty to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance inthe Third Degree (B Felony) and the matter was adjourned to November 15, 2018.
JEFFREY L. HAYES, age 53, of Henrietta, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehiclein the First Degree (E Felony) and Inadequate Exhaust, appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned toAugust 30, 2018.

She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, a $520 penalty assessment and a $50 DNA fee. Her license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.

Second Degree (Misdemeanor), and Harassment in the Second Degree, appeared with his attorney and the matter

AUTUMN F. PIFER, age 31, of Canaseraga was charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony),
Forgery in the Second Degree (D Felony), and Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree (E Felony). She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to August 16, 2018.
KEVIN G. RIGDON, age 33, of Dansville, charged with Robbery in the Second Degree (C Felony), Petit Larceny
(Misdemeanor), and Menacing in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 30, 2018. Bail was set at $15,000.
LEO SCHLEDORN, age 40, of Dansville, charged with Sexual Offender Failure to Register or Verify (E Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 16, 2018.
MONAI B. WASHINGTON, age 28, of Rochester was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony). She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to August 30, 2018.
CARRIE A. YOUNG, age 42, of Stanley was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony), Aggravated Driving with .18 of One Percent of Alcohol or More in Her Blood (E Felony), Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony), Following Too Closely, and Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle. She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to August 30, 2018. Her license was suspended pending prosecution.
SHANNON J. ZENNER, age 42, of Avon was sentenced on a conviction of Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony) to 60 days incarceration and 5 years probation. She was also ordered to pay a $520 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee. Her license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.
