From Cattaraugus County court…Danae S. Chiarilli, 22, of
Cuba was sentenced to two years of probation for her conviction to Offering a
False Instrument for Filing in the Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor. The incident occurred on October 11, 2017, in
the city of Olean, when she falsely reported information to obtain benefits
from a public benefit corporation.
