The Andover Police Department arrested Chamon T. Marshell, 37, of Destination, Georgia for Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree for an incident that occurred on May 7, 2018. The charges stem from a complaint that Chamon was allegedly stealing Hydrocodon pills from a residence on Grove St that he was staying at. Chamon was issued appearance tickets returnable to Andover Village Court on May 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
