On February 8th,2018 Cuba Police arrested Donald B. Bickford Jr., age 36. Bickford was charged with issuing a bad check with known insufficient funds (misdemeanor). Bickford was processed and released to appear at a later date. Bickford is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
