western Southern Tier with multiple road closures and basements
flooding. About an inch and half of rain has already fallen, and
when combined with snowmelt and frozen ground is resulting
flooding.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jamestown, Olean, Salamanca, Wellsville, Allegany State Park,
Alfred, Lakewood and Falconer.
This includes Interstate 86 between exits 4 and 33.
