Potter County woman faces a dozen counts following crash

Pennsylvania State Police have issued 12 summary violations to a Potter County woman following a Saturday afternoon crash in Tioga County. Skylar William, 26, of Ulysses was charged by troopers with careless driving, speeding and plenty more. State Police said Williams was driving westbound on Route 49 in Westfield Township when she struck guard rails at a bridge. She allegedly continued driving before her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Police said Williams fled the scene when Emergency Medical Services arrived. Police say additional charges are pending.
